Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are looking for a Crypto Compliance Officer to support the team during a period of strong growth and increased regulatory activity.
The assignment will focus on supporting daily compliance operations in a fast-scaling digital asset environment, including client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and on-chain analysis, ensuring adherence to AML requirements and internal compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding of institutional clients, including KYC/KYB reviews
- Conduct screening and transaction monitoring using tools such as ComplyAdvantage
- Perform on-chain transaction analysis using tools such as Chainalysis
- Execute AML controls, including fiat-related monitoring activities
- Support the review and understanding of client contracts and documentation
Experience:
- 2+ years of Compliance experience within a crypto / VASP environment
- Hands-on experience with institutional client onboarding, KYC/KYB and AML processes
- Practical knowledge of screening tools such as ComplyAdvantage or similar
- Experience with on-chain analysis tools such as Chainalysis or similar
- Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in Zurich/Zug initially
