· Reviewing and completing detailed ODD reports on potential hedge fund investments as well as service providers (fund administrators, auditors, prime brokers, custodians)
· Leading ongoing ODD monitoring, including periodic refreshes, trigger-based reviews (personnel changes, service provider changes, incidents), and completing annual report updates
· Reviewing existing internal systems and working on evolving and enhancing ODD processes
· Participating in group-wide initiatives where relevant, such as data visualisation, philanthropic initiatives and AI integration projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Demonstrable experience assessing operational risk within an investment management environment (with direct ODD hedge fund experience or operational experience within a hedge fund environment essential, with a preference for digital asset knowledge and experience)
· Passion for both operational due diligence and process innovation
· Ability to support team members in developing their skills, including sharing market knowledge and industry best practices
· Preferably ACA/ACCA/CAIA/CFA Charterholder or equivalent
- Please note that all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. This is a full-time position.
