Role Overview
This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role designed for a strategic architect of narrative and culture. You will be the primary engine behind the company’s internal digital ecosystem. You are expected to operate with the tactical agility bridging the gap between corporate strategy and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Design, launch and maintain the company Intranet and Portals. Manage content hygiene and technical updates without external tech dependency.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics across our social channels to monitor the performance of HR-led campaigns, using engagement data to refine our outreach and strategies.
- Functional Advisory: Act as the dedicated communications consultant for HR, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Translate complex policy/legal updates (e.g., POSH, General Counsel updates) into empathetic, accessible narratives.
- Design Team Liaison: Work as the dedicated partner to the Design Team, providing clear briefs, creative direction and feedback for all major internal and employer branding projects. Act as an ad-hoc designer/copywriter for career site videos, SOPs and newsletters to bypass central design bottlenecks.
- Visual Governance: Ensure all communication, adheres to strict brand guidelines and visual standards.
- EVP & Talent Attraction: Oversee the end-to-end Employer Brand, including the Careers Site, Talent LinkedIn pages and Campus Recruitment assets. Proactive story telling about culture on social media to build a strong employer brand.
Required Experience & Competencies
- 3 – 5+ years in Corporate Communications or Branding. Proven ability to operate at a higher level and manage Founder-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Sites and Canva.
- Ability to step in as a designer or copywriter to ensure speed-to-market.
