Job Description
• Lead end-to-end custody operations including settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation, and asset servicing
• Drive system implementation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Ensure robust operational controls and full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with IT to deliver custody system enhancements and automation
• Act as the key liaison with regulators, depositories (e.g., KSEI), and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with global best practices
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the custody operations team
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in custody/securities services, with strong leadership exposure
• Proven track record in leading IT implementation or system migration projects in custody operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end custody processes and market infrastructure
• Transformation mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
• Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with senior management and regulators
• High level of ownership, accountability, and execution capability
• Hands-on experience in custody system implementation / enhancement
• Positive and proactive attitude toward technology-driven change
• Ability to bridge Operations and IT effectively
• Strong leadership presence and decision-making capability
