I hope you’re doing well. My client, a leading consulting firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination, regulatory gap assessments, and preparation of materials for advisory and registration initiatives involving DCMs and DCOs.
- Assist with project management for engagements with derivatives market participants, including exchanges and clearing organizations.
- Contribute to evaluations of clients’ internal controls, governance frameworks, operations, and trade/communication surveillance systems.
- Prepare written reports for clients on regulatory and risk issues in derivatives markets, digital assets, and related financial sectors.
- Participate in assessments of clients’ compliance programs against applicable rules, regulations, and supervisory expectations.
- Support business development initiatives and events as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the office as required.
