Are you a seasoned leader in the Oil & Gas sector with a passion for driving performance, profitability, and innovation? We are looking for a dynamic Head of APM to lead and transform our Asset Performance Management segment.
About the Role
As the Head of APM, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the segment. You will drive business growth, oversee P&L performance, and ensure excellence across all APM operations while leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead APM strategy, business growth, and profitability
- Oversee full P&L responsibility and financial performance
- Drive bidding strategies and techno-commercial evaluations
- Manage joint ventures and key client relationships
- Implement digital transformation (AI/ML, APM tools, analytics)
- Ensure operational excellence across O&M and reliability frameworks
- Strengthen project delivery, governance, and risk management
- Build and develop high-performing teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred)
- 📜 Certifications like IAM, CRE, or CMRP are highly desirable
- 🛢 20+ years in Oil & Gas, including 5–7 years in leadership roles
- Strong experience in O&M, APM, reliability engineering (RCM, RBI, FMEA)
- Proven track record in managing large portfolios & long-term contracts
- Expertise in P&L management, bidding, and stakeholder engagement
