Position Overview
As the Regulatory Analyst, you'll be a key member of the Legal department, partnering cross-functionally with marketing and innovation teams to ensure products and brand communications meet global regulatory standards. This is your opportunity to apply your expertise in CPG compliance—ideally in the beverage or energy drink category—to a fast-paced, industry-leading organization that thrives on innovation and performance.
You'll bring a sharp attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to regulatory review processes that support product launches, campaigns, and packaging initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in regulatory compliance within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, beverage or energy drink category strongly preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, Law, or related field
- Knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other regulatory requirements for food and beverage products, with experience in dietary supplements a plus
- Familiarity with substantiation standards for claims and marketing copy
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience reviewing product packaging, digital content, and advertising assets
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation, labeling laws, and claim substantiation
- Ability to translate complex regulatory standards into practical guidance for cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials, packaging, social media, and digital content for regulatory compliance
- Advise marketing, innovation, and R&D teams on claim substantiation and labeling requirements
- Partner with legal and regulatory colleagues to monitor changing laws and guidance in key markets
- Support the development of compliant communication strategies for product launches and rebrands
- Conduct regulatory risk assessments on new campaigns and product innovations and identify product formulation risks
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails of approvals and regulatory decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to resolve regulatory inquiries and challenges

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
