A Snapshot of your day
The role focuses on strengthening the Organisation's risk management framework by identifying financial, operational, and compliance risks. It involves conducting structured audits, investigations, and risk sensing activities to detect early signs of fraud or process weaknesses. The position also ensures adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements while safeguarding company assets through transparency and accountability.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Conduct monthly CFO checklist reviews for financial accuracy and compliance.
- Perform risk sensing activities to identify emerging risks across business units.
- Lead annual GPPM and ICFR testing across multiple departments.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments and investigations for irregular transactions.
- Validate accuracy of AR/AP reconciliation and asset-related postings.
- Perform quarterly and annual audits across key processes like vendor selection and sales deductions. - Prepare audit findings and risk reports for senior management and HQ.
What will you need?
- Strong expertise in risk assessment, fraud detection, and internal control frameworks (ICFR).
- Deep understanding of financial processes such as AR/AP, expense management, and asset accounting. - Advanced proficiency in audit and compliance management systems (e.g., ICMS).
- Strong command of financial systems and ERP tools (SAP or equivalent preferred).
- Analytical skills in Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, and trend analysis.
