Support design and execution of crypto-specific screening and monitoring controls, including blockchain address screening, wallet risk scoring, and on-chain and off-chain transaction monitoring rules, thresholds, and typologies as well as Travel Rule and VASP information-sharing requirements, ensuring compliance with local requirements and alignment with Enterprise policies and standards. Partner closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, GEM, Product, Technology, Treasury, Finance, Operations) to provide advisory and guidance on regulatory requirements, policy adherence, control design, and governance-related matters. Minimum of 12 years of related working experience in risk, regulatory and AML/ CFT compliance, operational risk, legal, or management of a process or business with accountability for compliance. Strong understanding of digital assets/crypto, cross-border payments infrastructure and landscape, including the latest market and regulatory trends. Strong knowledge in MAS regulations, especially the Payment Services Act and regulations and relevant Notices and Guidelines. Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory engagement and advocacy (e.g., articulating positions, responding to consultations, and supporting supervisory discussions), including with MAS or similar regulators. Ability and willingness to support regulatory and compliance advisory work outside digital assets, including broader payments and fintech regulatory topics, as business needs evolve.
